9. Anomaly Management

Accessing Anomaly Details

Access from map pins/polygons or list view (Solar/Properties).

For Wind/Utilities, access via list view only.

Anomaly details include type, severity, description, status, asset identifier and images.

Downloading and Viewing Images

View images online; Full-screen option available and swipe to view multiple images.

Download images when connected to the internet.

Updating an Anomaly Status

Use the Anomaly Details panel to track the progress of an anomaly.

Update the Status

Open the anomaly.

Select the current status.

Choose the appropriate new status.

Confirm the update.

View Status Information

The current status is displayed on the anomaly details page. You can also view when the status was last updated.

Available Statuses

Pending – No action has been taken.

In Progress – Work is underway.

On Hold – Work has been temporarily paused.

Not Found – The anomaly could not be located.

Resolved – The anomaly has been fixed.

No Action Required – No further action is needed.

Offline Updates

Status changes can be made while offline.

Updates sync automatically when connectivity is restored.

The Last Updated timestamp reflects the actual time the status was changed, not the sync time.

Uploading Files and Photos to an Anomaly

Use the Anomaly Details panel to add supporting photos and documents to an anomaly.

Upload Files

Open the anomaly.

Navigate to the Uploaded Files section.

Select Upload.

Choose a file or image and enter a caption.

Select a category and complete the upload.

View Files

Uploaded files and photos are displayed in the Uploaded Files section. Select an image to view it in full screen.

Download Files

Select a file or image and choose Download option through

to save a copy to your device.

Delete Files

To remove a file or photo, select Delete option through

and confirm the action.

Serial ID Scanning (Solar)

Barcode Scanning:

Capture solar module serial IDs on-site using either the

Phone camera

Bluetooth enabled barcode scanners

Keyboard input

Offline Sync

Serial ID scan can be scanned in offline mode.

Updates sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
