Open the anomaly.Select the current status.Choose the appropriate new status.Confirm the update.
Pending – No action has been taken.In Progress – Work is underway.On Hold – Work has been temporarily paused.Not Found – The anomaly could not be located.Resolved – The anomaly has been fixed.No Action Required – No further action is needed.
Status changes can be made while offline.Updates sync automatically when connectivity is restored.The Last Updated timestamp reflects the actual time the status was changed, not the sync time.
Open the anomaly.Navigate to the Uploaded Files section.Select Upload.Choose a file or image and enter a caption.Select a category and complete the upload.

Updating an Anomaly Status
Use the Anomaly Details panel to track the progress of an anomaly.

The current status is displayed on the anomaly details page. You can also view when the status was last updated.

Use the Anomaly Details panel to add supporting photos and documents to an anomaly.
Upload Files
View Files
Uploaded files and photos are displayed in the Uploaded Files section. Select an image to view it in full screen.
Download Files
Select a file or image and choose Download option through 
to save a copy to your device.
Delete Files
To remove a file or photo, select Delete option through 
and confirm the action.
